PHOTO: Cloud "UFO"


Keeping with the increasing trend to expose "UFOs" as evidence for the existence of "alien life" in the universe, I thought I'd post this image of what I call a "Cloud UFO".

Relax!! It's only a cloud formation - and a very interesting one - that I recently spotted above my house one evening this last Summer. However, its circular / disc-like shape along with the "tail" trailing above it gives an impression of a flying object in the sky.

Do we really need convincing that there is "alien life" in the universe? Do we really still believe that etxra-terrestrials ("ETs") are a figment of the imagination for crazy, delusional people? What makes us so "superior" to think that other life is alien and ET? Do we really still think - somewhat primitively and ignorantly - that the earth is the only intelligent and inhabited planet in the entire universe?

Of course, anything not from earth is "alien" in the sense that it does not originate from or belong on the earth. Similarly, anything that is from a place outside of or away from the earth is "extra-terrestrial". 

Some alien life and ETs may have bad intentions when it comes to "acquiring and dominating" the earth; but why does that surprise us? Is it not just a reflection of our nature - which is to acquire, hoard, and dominate? Perhaps it is because of our conflict-oriented and war-like nature that we assume that all other life is also driven by desires for conflict, war, empire, and domination?

UFOs, and ETs have existed for a very long time, and there is much evidence of this in antiquity. As one example of UFOs and aliens from antiquity consider the Biblical book of Ezekiel, chapter 1.

Finally, all life in the universe exists because the One true God enables it. Why do we find this so hard to believe?

Knowing Gnosis

This world loves labels. For some reason we relate to and understand the world when it is neatly divided into labels. To many, I am labelled a Christian. If that is because I believe Jesus Christ existed and brought an important message to humanity, then, yes, I am a Christian. If it’s because, in my past I attended church regularly, then, no, that is incorrect. Church attendance does not make me Christian. If you really want to label me, please call me a Gnostic. That still makes me Christian because I believe in Jesus Christ, but it also makes me much more. Before we continue, please know that I am not indoctrinated as a Gnostic – no body (like a church) has ordained me in formal ceremony (like baptism or confirmation) to be a Gnostic. Foundations of Faith

  History reflects the ideology of the dominant / ruling class. Actually, let me clarify this statement a little: history reflects the ideology of the governing instrument / institutions of the ruling class. The dominant element of society, which is quite often a minority across the entire population, supports and perpetuates the ideology of the ruling class. Basically the ruling elite maintain their power from the mass-support of a select group of common folk. So, what does any of this have to do with spirituality and faith? Ask yourself: what is the basis of my spiritual belief?
